The Process

Screen printing involves creating individual screens for each color in your artwork. Here’s how it works:

Screen Creation

We start by burning your vector artwork into mesh screens. These screens act like stencils of your design.

Press Setup

The screens are loaded onto our printing press where ink is applied on top.

Printing

Shirts are loaded onto the press, and each screen is positioned over the garment. Ink is applied in layers through the tiny holes of the screen, creating amazing depth and detail.

Finishing

The shirt is removed from the press and run through a dryer to set the ink.
