Screen Print
Handles all screen printing production, ensuring precise color matches, detailed designs, and consistent quality on every garment.
Patch Production
Creates custom leather and specialty patches through precision engraving and cutting for hats, garments, and accessories.
Sewing
Attaches patches to hats and apparel with expert accuracy, ensuring strong, clean stitching and consistent quality.
Art
Prepares and finalizes artwork for production—mockups, digitizing, and color separations—ensuring every design meets production standards.
Shipping & Receiving
Organizes incoming and outgoing goods, verifies order accuracy, and ensures timely delivery with thorough quality checks.
Embroidery
Runs embroidery machines, threads logos, and ensures every design is stitched with precision and durability.
Apparel Transfers & Direct Prints
Manages heat transfer, DTF, and DTG processes—prepping art, applying pretreatment, and pressing garments to perfection.
